Bryan Castelda, Ph.D.

Clinical Director

Dr. Castelda is a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience applying behavioral science expertise to the selection of personnel in high-trust positions, creating resilience programming for elite high-stakes organizations, and consulting on national personnel security vetting policies and methodologies. He has supported the military, law enforcement, and other federal government agencies, including the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and The National Counterintelligence and Security Center.

Dr. Castelda holds a BA from Luther College, and both a MA and PhD from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He completed a post-doctoral fellowship with both the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
