Jill Breitbach, PsyD, ABPP-CP
Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Breitbach served as a uniformed service psychologist for over 20 years. She has provided psychological consultation various DoD and civilian entities. She has completed a combat deployment to Iraq, and has served as a PMO for several international health projects with the Governments of The Bahamas and Mexico through defense security cooperation programs. She has conducted psychological suitability assessments for hundreds of military and civilian candidates for high-risk occupations, and has clinical specialties treating post-traumatic stress, psychopharmacology, and neuropsychology.
After retiring after 20 years of active duty service, Dr. Breitbach has continued to conduct risk assessments for DOD, to include assessment and selection, talent management, and provides executive feedback. She maintains a private practice that provides neuropsychological, forensic, and psychological assessment services.
She received her doctorate from Pacific University School of Professional Psychology, a post-doc masters in Psychopharmacology from Argosy Univeristy, and completed her post-doc fellowship in neuropsychology at Tripler Army Medical Center.
