William O'Connell, Psy.D.
Senior Psychologist
Dr. O’Connell is a licensed clinical psychologist with 17 years of experience evaluating personnel for high-trust positions. He also has over 30 years of experience in the provision of cognitive behavioral therapy treating a wide range of clinical conditions and providing psychological consultation to both health professionals and non-professionals regarding the implications of psychological difficulties within the workplace.
In his 25+ years working with the federal government, Dr. O’Connell has psychologically supported employees and their family members both at home and abroad and has served on — and managed — a variety of teams on the provision of mental health consultation to managers and the training of staff in psychological principles.
Dr. O’Connell holds a BS degree from Georgetown University, a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Denver and completed his pre-doctoral internship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
